Job Tracking for ArcGIS (JTX) 9.3.1 Server
Job Tracking for ArcGIS (JTX) Server requires ArcGIS Server Standard or Advanced. For supported hardware operating environments for JTX, please refer to those required for ArcGIS Server.
Additionally, a geodatabase using ArcSDE technology is required to support the JTX System. For JTX Server, an enterprise level ArcSDE geodatabase is required.

NOTE: JTX Server is only available for Windows installations of ArcGIS Server.
JTX Web Requirements
JTX Web is a readily deployable web application that can be used as a starting point or example for your own JTX Server implementations. In addition to working JTX web services, the web application requires JRE 5 and Apache Tomcat 5.x.
JTX Web Service Requirements
